Coaching for Clergy and Church Leaders
Clergy and church leaders make decisions in public while processing much of their uncertainty alone. Coaching with Frank offers a confidential place to slow down, notice what matters, and make a workable plan. Bring a question about vocation, conflict, team leadership, boundaries, change, or the balance between ministry and the rest of life.
A facilitated workshop gives parishioners or leadership teams language for their gifts and a way to connect them to the congregation's ministries and mission. Frank can pair the workshop with a vestry retreat or an ongoing discernment process.
